In these cases, blogs come in as a way to show your audience, in a friendly and useful way, that they may have a problem and you have the solution, but never directly offering your brand's services or products.

It's no longer news that audiences value content that adds something to their lives. If your blog is useful to someone, the chances of that person interacting with your company in some way are greater, whether by commenting on the post, sharing the content, filling out forms to access other materials made available by your blog, etc.

When someone becomes very interested in your blog, they are motivated to follow your brand to find out about new content updates. Therefore, they are likely to follow your company on social media, check out your institutional website and look for other channels where your brand is present.
