Preparation
Gather participants in a space that is open enough for them to move around freely. Then, distribute one or more balloons to the group, preferably one per person.

Objective
The objective of this challenge is to keep the balloon or balloons in the air for as long as possible without letting them fall.

Rules
The team can only use their body to keep the balloon in the air, without using their hands and/or objects to perform the task. If the balloon touches the ground, they are considered eliminated. Depending on the variant of the dynamic, feel free to add new rules to the challenge. For example: not allowing participants to stay in the same place for too long.

Beginning and development
Participants must throw the balloons into the air, using the permitted movements to keep them in the air. As the challenge progresses, the team must communicate and coordinate their movements , preventing the balloon from falling. The team can use their strategies, such as: forming a circle and passing the balloon between each other, or simply keeping it in the air, while moving around the space.

Finalization
The game should continue until all the balloons have fallen or until the group decides to end the activity. Immediately after the game ends, hold a brief discussion about the experience, highlighting positive points, challenges faced and lessons learned.
