At our CRM workshop in Berlin, we already gave a brief overview of the changes to the history. The history is a very important element in our CRM software because, depending on the page selected, it shows wonderfully what happened in which order. There are history views for individual people (which emails, notes and tasks were there for Mr. Mayer?), companies, offers and projects, but cayman islands telegram screening also for the entire company on the first page in the CRM system . On the status page, the history takes on more of the function of the conversation in the kitchen because it gives each colleague a rough idea of which topics (e.g. which offer) their colleagues are currently working on.
We would just like to give you a first look at the new views. We will provide more detailed explanations and background information on our design decisions here as soon as the update is available. Until then, the current views will remain active for all customers.
New version of the CRM history (coming soon)
Current version of the history in CentralStationCRM
Compared to the new version, the old history is much more compact and therefore less confusing. The new history will be much easier to read and it will be much more fun to look at the latest events.
In addition to the history views, other details in CentralStationCRM will be improved. We have also completely redesigned the file icons for PDF or Word documents.
