What I use Trello for

Post by Mitu100@ »

Although I now do a lot of what I'm about to describe in ClickUp* , I still use Trello for some things. Simply because it's so colorful and because I find certain projects easier to access on mobile with Trello than with ClickUp. And because I can separate my private and business life so nicely.

launch planning
Thanks to its clear structure and ghana telegram screening calendar power-up, Trello is a really practical tool for planning your launches in detail - whether you're doing it alone or as part of a team. The great thing is that you can simply copy such a board after the launch and adapt it for a new launch, while still keeping track of previous launches.

accounting workflow
Depending on how you do and prepare your bookkeeping, there are always tasks that you have to do each time and in a certain order. Before I switched to my current tax advisor and Lexoffice, it was quite complex and I never managed to do everything in one go. Trello was a great help to me in always knowing where I was in the process.

I haven't printed out invoices for a long time - but Trello used to help me keep track of things and not forget anything.
marketing dashboard
You can also use Trello wonderfully for your marketing planning and implementation. It can be the place where you keep your promotional texts for your products and services and can quickly find and copy them for promotional days in social media groups.

Here you can collect ideas for social media posts or ideas for guest posts that you want to write. The marketing dashboard is also a home for ideas for your newsletter, workshops, webinars and much more - goodbye to paperwork and long searches! Especially since Trello also has a good search function.

At the top right you will find a search field – and you can search your entire Trello.
editorial plan with Trello
My first use case for using Trello was my editorial plan in 2016, inspired by a blog post by Claudia Kauscheder. After that, I was so excited that I immediately bought Claudia's Trello course* . It's still available, by the way, and I'm still excited about it. Claudia has expanded it over the years and kept it up to date. My warmest recommendation!
