I only get a 7% commission if the turnover in this product category is over €20,000. Since this is the same main category as (board) games, the sales from my board game website will of course help here. Nevertheless, it will be difficult to achieve the 7% on a permanent basis. If at all, it will probably work in the fall/winter when the Christmas business is in full swing. Due to the Amazon changes, I can expect lower revenue on my microphone website. However, they are still very good products, as microphones often cost more than 100 euros and the commission is good.
The income of my “Microphone and Podcast” website uk business email database was 242.86 euros in December 2020 (December 2019 = 166.17 euros) In January 2021 it was 227.53 euros (January 2020 = 92.41 euros) So Amazon revenue is increasing and overall I was able to earn 2,822.11 euros with Amazon in 2020. That's a tripling of the revenue from 2019 (937.41 euros). This means that revenue has increased about as much as the number of visitors. The conversion rate remains at around 5%. I don't currently have any other sources of income. I took an eBook off Digistore24 because it just wasn't selling. That's why I'm still planning to write my own podcasting eBook. But of course that takes up a lot of time, and time is always in short supply.
Other partner programs are conceivable, podcast hosting in particular looks very interesting in this regard. But I still have to look for suitable partner programs. However, VG Wort is now relevant for my microphone website. 7 articles reached the minimum number of views in 2019 and each received 40 euros in compensation from VG Wort. In 2020, there will be more than twice as many, which is a nice additional income. Conclusion and future of my website Overall, I am happy with the development of my “Microphone and Podcast” website.
