Still not convinced? Then do the following:

Where does this lead?
What kind of results are achievable with this approach?

Delivering inside what you promise outside. Employees are taken seriously and can perform their tasks (contribution to results) more easily and efficiently .
A measurable contribution to the company's results.
A more enjoyable working day and an involved employee.
Reflection on the employer as innovative and committed.
Eliminating shadow IT.
Eliminating the costs of unnecessary licenses, servers and people (oops).
When does it not work?
Unfortunately, the opinion of IT still rules all too often. Even with innovation, people rely on a PvE, which does not state what it actually yields and what the employee will really be happier and better from. Do you recognize the following?

Employees complain about applications:
which they can't work with well, it doesn't really solve anything.
that are not relevant enough.
that are not user-friendly.
Many processes are manual, where digitalization/automation actually delivers significant gains.
As a result, 'shadow IT' is created with self-chosen (often good/simple) tools such as Dropbox, Slack and Asana.
The coherence between the available tools is lacking and is therefore untraceable or invisible to other employees.
The foundation is still not in order. Think of enterprise search , finding colleagues and knowledge, really easy collaboration.
Not to forget: endless email culture and many different channels for the same purpose (newsletters, email, intranet)
The end result: no measurable contribution to the objective and unproductive employees.
Who (re)cognizes the examples of a failed Yammer implementation? No plan, just started and after half a year it died. And then wonder why it doesn't work.

Or the new intranet that is launched with much fanfare and where the 'search' still does not yield anything sensible. Where there is too much irrelevant (static) content and where ownership and a plan are lacking.

Getting started with the digital workplace
If you take your employees seriously and want to ensure that good digital tools actually help them to work better and more easily, then it is time for the digital workplace.

Start an internal survey on satisfaction with current tools, analyze usage and ask where the bottlenecks are.
Ask HR about plans in the area of employee engagement and to what extent support with a good (digital) working environment is part of this.
Last but not least : calculate what it will yield if you save x number of minutes per day per employee using good digital tools, because you can work more efficiently .
I hope this makes it clear that there is a guatemala phone country code connection between digital transformation and the digital workplace, and that there are dozens of opportunities to get it right if you have a solid plan.

How do you approach an unknown target group? This was the question that programme makers at the broadcasting company Human struggled with. The makers wanted to focus on a target group that had been ignored until then, because it was too fluid and elusive according to the broadcasters: high school students. What followed is the concept Tussenuur . After a school year of pioneering, it is time for an interim report that will appeal to both marketing pioneers and youth communication professionals.

FYI: During the year, I was, together with my wife Beata Staszyńska-Hansen, an external mad scientist at Tussenuur, responsible for the social experiments.

Curious position
After its first year, Tussenuur has acquired a remarkable position in the broadcasting landscape. It is an internet channel of radio station 3FM, but does not have its own radio airtime. It is a brand in the making, but presents itself in 3FM branding. It is an initiative of broadcaster Human, but uses presenters from other broadcasting associations.
