Our Chatbot is accessible from the 1min30bot Facebook page (“Contact” button) or directly in Messenger.
While it is in practice entirely possible to assemble the basic building blocks to make a Chatbot residing on a given web page, it appears that connecting it to Facebook Messenger or Twitter Direct Message constitutes good practice. The reason is probably that the environment is familiar and does not require any particular thought (the basis of a successful UX).

2017, the Chatbot wave?
In more ways than one, this experience convinced us. The technical implementation can be difficult, but the basic building blocks available, combined with design rigor, can generate extremely promising results. The future will tell whether Chatbots will be complementary or rivals to mobile applications, but it seems clear to us now that maintenance and developments should be much easier.
