Current and future developments
Despite the voice-driven developments initiated by Alexa and Google Home, the various chatbot sessions at the South by Southwest (SXSW) conference show that many chatbots are still text-driven. They have different structures, such as clear scripts with a kind of menu through which the entire conversation flows. This works well for simple, routine use cases in customer service, such as requesting information.

It becomes more complex to steer on natural language. Analysis and understanding of the language, whether or not 'slang', in the conversation is still quite complicated and an important perspective in the whole bot discussion. Further development and use of AI combined of chatbots could offer a solution.

How do you make video suitable for lead generation?

Length Matters
Start promising right away and make it clear why it is interesting to keep watching until the end. Do not make the video too long, that makes it harder to keep the attention. Take a look at YouTube. The most popular content is 'snackable' and lasts between one and a maximum of ten minutes. Wistia, a video platform, states that you have already lost half of the viewers after five minutes. Of course, this does depend on your message and the type of video you post, because some vloggers even manage to keep their viewers for 20-25 minutes.
