Recruitment challenges
TALENT DAYS: What difficulties do you encounter when recruiting new employees and how does participating in Talent Days help you overcome them?
AUDIKA: Our biggest challenge is to establish contact with candidates who have the qualifications and authorizations to work as a hearing aid specialist. The next group are people who do not yet have a diploma of a hearing aid specialist, but are open to development and obtaining a diploma and experience that will allow them to practice this profession. Talent Days are a good opportunity to establish contact with the candidates we are looking for, people who are open to gaining new qualifications.
During the event
TALENT DAYS: How do you present your stand at fairs?
AUDIKA: Standardly - we have leaflets, roll-ups, we also took part in Talent Match . However, the most effective is simply conversation and personal contact! No leaflet or website, even the best one, can compare to a live conversation. The Audika stand at Talent Days in Krakow and Warsaw was visited by a lot of people, and some of them decided to start cooperation, which continues to this day.
TALENT DAYS: Why is direct contact with candidates at fairs so important to you?
