1. Application form
You must complete the official form for the digital nomad visa, which you can download from the Namibian Ministry of Home Affairs website or apply for at the relevant offices.
2. Passport and copies
Required:
Clear copies of main pages, including malta phone number library personal information and recent travel stamps.
3. Proof of income
Bank statements for the last three to six months.
Documents certifying your source of income, such as employment contracts, customer invoices or tax returns.
4. Health insurance
A copy of your medical insurance policy covering the entire duration of your stay in Namibia.
5. Motivation letter
A short letter explaining why you wish to reside in Namibia as a digital nomad and how you plan to meet the requirements set out.
6. Criminal record certificate
Document issued by the authorities of your country of origin or residence, with an official translation into English if it is in another language.
7. Accommodation tests
Hotel reservations or rental contracts with specific dates that coincide with your stay plan.
