580 surveys were conducted on the portal, based on the results of which more than 250 decisions were implemented. We selected the most important of them.
Roads and transport
Most of the service's surveys are devoted to changes in road traffic and the development of public transport. Based on the results of the voting, nine new bus routes were formed and launched, and the bus service from the Kantemirovskaya metro station, which was going to be cancelled, was preserved.
Users also chose which three night bus routes out of ten norway mobile phone numbers database proposed should be launched first: from Lubyanka Square to Novokosino, Kashirskoe Shosse and Ostashkovskaya Street. They began operating in the spring of 2015.
The service conducts surveys on the appearance of stations and public transport. The design of the new metro stations "Novoperedelkino" and "Solntsevo" was chosen based on the decision of users. Moreover, the opinions of users and the professional jury on how the "Novoperedelkino" station should look diverged. But the mayor's office settled on the choice of the city residents, which caused criticism from the architectural community.
The concept of the Novoperedelkino station by the architectural bureau United Riga Architects, which won the vote on Active Citizen
Citizens were allowed to influence the organization of traffic in the center of Moscow. The majority of users voted for one-way traffic in Stary Tolmachevsky Lane in Zamoskvorechye, and it was introduced in June 2015.
But not all decisions of active citizens turned out to be long-lasting. In the summer of 2014, 53 percent of users spoke out against reducing the permitted speed of cars within the Boulevard Ring from 60 to 40 kilometers per hour. The authorities retained the previous speed limit, but not for long - in the same year, the permitted speed in the center of Moscow was reduced to 40 kilometers per hour.
Some of the surveys offered by the service have an obvious PR goal - to create the illusion that citizens can influence the development of the city. For example, users were asked whether they wanted to ban non-ecological buses - with a class below Euro-3 - from entering the city. Of course, 86 percent of respondents supported the ban, which would have come into force even without their votes. That is, some surveys are created based on decisions that the government has already made.
What was changed? During the first year
