Perspectives clarified – and what comes next?

It should also be taken into account that customers in the digital age have different requirements for processes than they did just a few years ago. More generally available information leads to more demanding customers. Competent and fast response times are expected, as is the case with online purchases, for example. A new process must take these requirements into account and meet customers where they are with a good customer experience.

My colleagues and I can develop applications from scratch or introduce standard software. But what we also bring is comprehensive knowledge of the service processes in insurance. This mix of technology expertise and a sound understanding of the respective business is what sets us apart. We analyze your processes and create a real customer experience. In our italy consumer email list projects, we work together on an equal footing and, among other things, use end customer surveys to ensure that the optimizations help the end customers and also do justice to digital change. We discuss established processes, hierarchies and the "it's always been that way" mentality and open up new perspectives with a consistent customer focus. Nothing that we develop together must stand in the way of showing appreciation for the customers - no organizational procedures, no complex processes and no formalisms.

Our goal is satisfied customers, because only they are loyal and share this satisfaction in their peer groups. Good performance gets around and forms the basis for good marketing metrics (keyword: Net Promoter Score).

My conclusion
When assessing personal insurance benefits, the processes must be future-oriented and customer-centric. As a team, we provide support in a variety of ways.
