Clients of Grupo Caja Rural entities can use Ruralvía, their digital banking service, to resolve any issues they may have while enjoying their transactions. From the web version and the mobile version, through the Ruralvía mobile app, they can use useful operations such as organizing and returning receipts, deferring payments on their accounts or activating their Virtual Mailbox to receive digital notifications instead of postal mail. Temporarily disable or turn off the card
If you are going abroad and you take a specific card, for example, you always have the option of deactivating the card you normally use in Spain for a while. You only need to have access to the internet, both on the website and on the mobile version, choosing between these two options:
