Phase 2: Define a strategy

Post by Mitu9900 »

Phase 1: Learn to tell your own story
If you apply the Lean Startup methodology to your business, whereby at the beginning, the important thing is to have a minimum viable product, apply it to content generation as well. In this case, the minimum viable product is to create at least the habit of writing an article a week on your blog.

A great way to generate content in the beginning is to tell your own story . This not only gives you content to write about, but also allows you to gather information and ideas from your potential customers .

When we talk about telling our own story, we mean, for example, writing about our progress, new feature releases , or about problems we experienced, how we solved them, what we learned, etc.

With this first phase, we manage to attract an audience and, with it, generate a database that we can contact. Of course, if we make it possible for people to subscribe to our content.

If in the second phase chile telegram screening of launching a startup, you would have to find your audience, that is, who is your client. When we refer to content, you also have to find your audience , and from there, build our strategy.

That is, since we have found an audience to target, we now have to generate content that satisfies their information needs . Don't worry if you have to change your initial approach. It's normal. You're still at the beginning of your activity and you're still learning.

In this second phase, content is usually generated that conveys the ideas and mission of your startup and it is also advisable (to the extent possible) to tell success stories so that little by little we create useful content for our audience and build trust in our brand .
