It's mostly English words, so I'll give a brief explanation.
The other day, I talked about the difference between social media and SNS.
The social media era is
This does not just refer to social media, but to a vast information society created by individual information.
And what is a marketing framework?
It is a model of the flow of how consumers risk managers email database make purchases.
In this case,
A model showing how consumers behave and make purchases in an age of information overload from all kinds of social media
That is what it means.
What is ULSSAS?
ULSSAS is a company advocated by Hotlink Co., Ltd.
It will be a marketing framework for the social media era.

The meanings of each initial letter in ULSSAS are as follows:
U: UGC (user-generated content)
L: Like
S: Search1 (SNS search)
S: Search2 (Google/Yahoo! Search)
A: Action (Purchase)
S: Spread

UGC is something I introduced in my previous blog post, " What is UGC, a term often heard in SNS marketing? "
This refers to posts by a single user, such as word of mouth or posts on social media.
When a product becomes known through that one UGC,
On social media, we give each other a "Like."
The more likes a product gets, the more it is recognized as a "good product."
Next, search for other users' reviews by using "specific search on social media (Search 1)".
Then, when the desire to make a purchase increases, they perform a "directed search (Search2) on a search engine such as Google or Yahoo!,"
If it is an e-commerce site, the purchase (Action) will be made on the site, and if it is a product introduction site, the purchase will be made at a physical store.
When you take purchasing action based on information obtained from SNS, like the UGC you first received,
It becomes easier to disseminate information on social media, which then "spreads" it further, and this model continues to go round and round.
