In my experience, Trello is suitable for all people who want or need to store tasks or information in a structured manner and, if necessary, share it with other people (team members, customers, family and friends, or even "complete strangers").
Here you will find the most important information to get an idea of how the project management software Trello works.
Workspace – Board – List – Map …
Trello is very logically jamaica telegram screening structured and makes it easy for you to keep track of everything you want to manage with it.
You can use workspaces to structure your boards thematically.

You can then create the actual boards in the workspaces. These are the heart of Trello. In the free version you are limited to 10 boards per workspace, but that is often more than enough. Don't be tempted to create too many workspaces here. Otherwise it quickly becomes confusing. I have currently created 10 workspaces. Some are specifically for testing or creating videos for YouTube. You can probably get by with around five areas.
The boards correspond to the blackboards or whiteboards in the analogue Kanban world. Each board consists of at least one list. The classic in Kanban is three lists: To Do, Doing and Done - or in German: To be done, In progress and Completed. This gives you full transparency about the stage of each task (Trello cards, more on that in a moment).
