How to set up and use autotargeting in Yandex.Direct

Autotargeting not based on DRF in Yandex.Direct can be activated for the following types of campaigns:
"Text and graphic ads" (search only).
"Mobile application advertising" (on networks and search).
Setting up autotargeting
The function is available when veterinary email list setting up both previously created ad groups and new ones. It is advisable to enable it in all groups, including those with a formed semantic core.
When creating a new ad group:
create several different advertising texts (the more there are, the more effective the autotargeting will be);
write down key phrases;
In the group editing section, activate the "Use autotargeting" option and don't forget to save the changes.
Important! When you create a group within the Mobile App Advertising campaign, Yandex.Direct enables automatic targeting by default.
How to enable the function for previously created ad groups:
Open the group management page and mark the ones in which you decide to activate it.
Click on the "Actions" button, then on "Edit".
Enable the "Use auto-targeting in each group" option and save your changes.

Connecting autotargeting in Yandex.Direct will help the advertiser to determine the most optimal algorithms for obtaining targeted traffic, in order to then set the budget for the ready-made semantic core and autotargeting in the right proportions.
The developers of the technology themselves advise to make a bid for auto-targeting in networks not lower than for key phrases. Otherwise, the indicators of attracted traffic may be lower than usual. Then you should compare the CPA for both types of targeting and, if necessary, adjust the bids.
