Naming your brand or product is an important part of branding, and there are many different ways you can find the right name. Here are six of the most common methods.

Loanwords – Use words from languages outside of the brand’s current market.
Combine − Combine multiple words to create a new word.
Founder Name – Use the real name of the founder or key person in the industry.
Neologism - A completely new made-up word.
Descriptive - A name that explains the brand's product ecuador mobile database t or service.
Another approach is to use an existing word and repurpose it to represent your company. Apple would be a great example of this, or Google’s appropriation of the math term googol. This is a bold move, especially because it may make your company harder to find on search engines, but if you’re successful you can have a huge impact.

Your name should be simple and memorable, so don't get lost in trying to include too many ideas at once. Conduct customer testing to see if your choice has the intended impact, and do research to make sure the name isn't being used in a conflicting way.
