When you research, you research.

Commit yourself fully to every single step in your writing process!
Then you clarify what of all this stuff your readers are actually interested in. Your only task in this phase of the writing process is to define the goal of your text, find the message for your readers!
Only when you know this goal and have made sure that it is worthwhile for your readers do you worry about the path. In other words, now you structure the content. You don't write yet. You structure it. With full dedication.
Now you know the goal and the path. Time to devote yourself to writing! Just let the text out! Enjoy the flow!
Don't disrupt the flow! Don't search for better words. Don't go back in your manuscript. You only write in one direction: forward.
(Walter calls this the “Jewish writing trick” in his book .)
Only when you have the complete rough draft in front of you can you fine-tune your text.
You may be surprised that there is not much left to do.
This is what the flow did for you.
