Fix 3: Use PowerShell command to remove

If the same error appears after the restart is complete, further diagnostics may be required.
1. Open Powershell with administrator rights from the search bar.
open powershell run as administrator
2. Paste the command below into it and press Enter.
Remove-Item "path of the folder or file" -Recurse -Force
In the "Path to folder or file" field, specify the path to the folder.

Fix 4: Disable Windows Search Service and then georgia telegram data Delete
1. In the Windows search bar, open the Services application.
open services application
2. Find and double-click "Windows Search".

3. In the Startup type field, select Disabled.

Fix 5: Temporarily disable the firewall
1. Open the Windows Security app from the Windows Search console. Go to the Firewall & network protection section.
