Something that is not clear, from the moment I write it down, when I think about it on paper in my journal, it becomes clear. There is no magic process. I'm not saying it's a magic formula either, but there is no process. I'm not going to tell you: "You absolutely have to do it like this or you have to do it like that". No, my idea is not that, because basically it's a bit like the Nike ad or the Nike slogan "Just do it", do it. Basically, it's a bit the only thing to do. You take either a journal or a sheet of paper and you write. That's really the number 1 piece of advice I would give you.

If you want to test this, if there is something you have been thinking about a lot recently, something you are not sure about or you keep putting off the decision, just think on paper. Take an A4 sheet right after this episode and start thinking. You can cross out, you can rewrite things above, below, make arrows, you can do whatever you want, but you think on paper.

You have to be careful with perfectionism. The idea is not at all that it becomes a stress for you, it's not that you are completely anxious at the idea of having to think on paper, that you try to do it perfectly.

I can give you my little process, because I have been experimenting with it for several years, but that doesn't mean that you have to do the same, I know that in general, as I was telling you new zealand whatsapp number data earlier, I will have a first process which will be identification, that is to say I will start to see that something often comes back to my head and comes back at particular times, in the evening before going to bed, in the shower, when I walk. And if a subject comes back several times, it means "ah, watch out", I identify that there is a need to think on paper, I identify that it is important, essential that I clarify things.

So the first thing I'm going to do is try to flood my brain a little bit through little brainstorming sessions, the Anglo-Saxons would say "brainstorming", with myself, just by myself. So I'm going to think about this in my head while walking, in the shower. When I get out of the shower, I'm going to take some notes on my phone, if I don't have any paper. I don't have any paper in the bathroom. Or while walking, I have to take notes too. You see, I'm going to compile a whole bunch of stuff and then I'm going to take my journal and I'm going to sit down and I'm going to write on paper. And I'm often going to do it several times.

The first time, I'm going to have notes that are going to be a bit messy, it's not going to be very very clear, and I'm going to reorganize. So I'll take another page a bit further down in the journal where I'm going to reorganize the ideas a bit. And often, after... already the first time, it helps me, it already clarifies things, it gets everything that needs to be out of my head and puts it on paper.

The second time, it's already much clearer and I rarely need more than three times, because in general, afterwards, I have a plan. And what I actually do is that I do regular reviews, that is to say I always reread. On Friday, I reread all the journal entries that I made during the week. I review at the same time what I was able to write about gratitude. I write a lot of things in my journal. But in any case, I reread these things and it allows me to move forward and refine, that is to say to modify slightly, to reorganize, to adapt things. Sometimes I have made a decision, but when I discuss it again with my wife Céline, I realize that it was not the right one, so I come back to it.
