Let’s go back to our expression “when the wine is drawn, it must be drunk”. So, what do the words that make up this expression mean?
The word "wine" refers to a drink that is very popular all over the world, especially in France. It is an alcoholic drink and it is obtained by fermentation from grapes or grape juice. We will press grapes, we will make small additions so that the sugar from the grapes or grape juice is transformed into alcohol and we will obtain wine. Of course, it is very schematic, it is much more complex to make wine, but we have been making wine for, I think, more than 2000 years because at the time of the Romans, we were already talking about wine. And wine is very popular in France but in many other countries as well.
