Tips for choosing the format to display data
The trick to choosing a data display format is to choose one that matches the purpose of the analysis and the characteristics of the data. For example, if you need to compare or order data, you should choose a bar graph or line graph, and if you want to show percentages or composition ratios, you should choose a pie chart or stacked graph.

It is also important to choose a simple table or data list depending on the scale and complexity of the data. Furthermore, by pursuing data visibility and ease of understanding, color coding and labeling can be used to display data more effectively.

When in doubt, we recommend using the "Smart Chart" function. When selected, it automatically selects and displays the format that is best suited to the fields used in the report, which is very convenient.
