User demographic information targeting can be achieved by specifying the user's age, gender, whether they have children, household income, and life events (marriage, job change, etc.) , and can be delivered via both Google and Yahoo! media.

Based on a user's past web behavior, their age, gender, etc. are determined and ads are delivered based on that data.

This is effective for products where the target users are relatively clear. For example, if you have an e-commerce site selling women's shoes for people in their 20s and 30s, you can deliver ads only to users whose age is "20s and 30s" and whose gender is "female."

Affinity Category/Audience Category (Interests)

In-market audiences/audience categories (in-market)
This targeting method is available only for Google Ads . It allows you to deliver ads to users who are searching for products or services similar to those offered by the advertiser or who have a strong interest in those products or services .

It is similar to an affinity category, but it is more focused on "purchasing" and targets users who are actively considering purchasing a product or service.

You can select a target genre from existing lists such as retail, real estate, and travel, which is effective for e-commerce products that generate purchasing behavior.
