We have never been as close to our audiences as during the lockdown triggered by Covid-19. The foundations of the public service mission (inform, entertain, educate) suddenly had their raison d'être, and were ivory coast cell phone number list acclaimed by an audience that was usually less present on our airwaves. Especially since the need for information has never been so pronounced, and the time available has never been so important.



The ultimate accelerator of digital transformation , the coronavirus will have helped companies – from banks to schools to the media – to take the necessary step to move from “offline” to “online”. With entire countries suddenly switching from mobility to sedentary life , from open space to “ alone together ”, this “new normal” seems to have an obvious advantage for the media (and streaming services and social networks). our audiences were locked up with their televisions, smartphones, tablets, and some were able to follow programs live , unconstrained by their professional schedules.
