What do I require from a project management application?

Freelo meets both of the above points perfectly, which is basically a rarity in my experience with a wide variety of similar tools.

So let's take a closer look at it.

Freelo works on the basis of projects and to-do lists. Projects are the basic organizational unit, and to-do lists subsequently group sub-tasks within projects.

However, let's look at both things a little closer.

Project
The main unit in Freel is the project . You can think of a project as… a project.

I typically treat each website I work on as a project. If a client has multiple websites that we work on together, we have multiple projects in Freele, and these projects are not particularly connected to each other.

My understanding is that even if we wanted to, we wouldn't be able to connect projects together in any way, because Freelo doesn't offer the option to manage clients and contacts , and because of that, it certainly can't be considered a CRM (Customer south korea phone number data Relationship Management System), so I'm still using Pipedrive for this purpose .

To-do list
Unlike Projects, this name is less intuitive. To-do lists are essentially drawers that group tasks for a given activity.

I have a number of such thematic drawers on my website, and you can see at least some of them below:

Monthly newsletters;
Articles;
Quarterly tasks.

Within each of these drawers, there is already a network of interconnected individual activities and tasks, both for me and for my colleagues.
