Using the intranet to gauge employee opinions
The intranet is also used by the communication team, which currently consists of Paul, Irma and Sharona, as a tool to conduct employee research. The topics vary widely: from the desired Christmas present to 'What can make your working day better?' The latter resulted in two new functionalities in Jet:
Many employees were very frustrated about having to log in to different applications all the time. Now Jet is linked to Okta so that employees can access all applications by logging in once, or single-sign-on (SSO).
Employees also had difficulty finding answers hospital ceo email list to their questions. That is why theme pages have now been added to Jet: a way of organising content based on care and regulation themes that makes all kinds of documents such as protocols, manuals and work instructions searchable. Employees can now also quickly get answers via frequently asked questions. The information is up-to-date, easy for everyone to find and you can share it with colleagues and supplement or update the information yourself. Jet makes it easier for you to do your work, which gives you more time for your client. This also contributes to employee satisfaction.
Figurehead of internal communication
Thebe Jet intranet characters
Due to the success of the character Jet, all internal communication is now illustrated with Jet. From the new management model to the new mission of Thebe: everything is accompanied by an image. Requesting a holiday? You see Jet on the beach. Working on location? Jet has a tablet. Running with colleagues? Jet stands on the back of the runners and, according to her, gives them a push in the back. Jet is therefore alive among the employees of Thebe. They often ask them if they can use 'the Jetjes' for documents or presentations. When employees see Jet, they know immediately that the message is meant for them. Jet is fresh and smells like more.
