Another point of attention is the change management side. There is still a lot of work to be done there. People are not yet used to this form of 'unnatural' interaction and it is important to gain people's trust for broader adoption of chatbots. Structured messages built with call-to-actions, horizontal scroll , urls and postbacks . This is based on the idea that people would rather press buttons and see pretty images than learn a new programming language to be able to communicate with a bot.

Developers are given the space to customize the customer experience . That starts with the welcome screen. You have to think carefully about how to set it up, so that you can help or relieve customers as quickly as possible. This is easier said than done. It is important that you take the customer idea and the call-to-action that you want to realize as a starting point.
There are several sites that offer experiences, scripts and also simple user interfaces to quickly get started with a bot. The strong rise of such platforms and community sites shows that bot technology is becoming more accessible and in simple form is also suitable for non-developers.
