International commercial transaction fees are those that apply when the seller and the customer are registered or identified by PayPal as residents of different markets. Some markets are grouped together for fee purposes, and you can see a list of market groups here .

International trade transaction fees are calculated by adding an additional percentage fee to the domestic trade transaction fee, which varies based on the customer's market group. The additional percentage fee ranges from 0.5% to 2% for transactions within Europe, and from 2% to 4.1% for transactions to the rest of the world.

Additionally, if there is a currency conversion , a conversion fee also applies, which varies depending on the currency and the type of transaction.

Donation fees
If you use PayPal to receive or send donations to charities, you will be charged fees to PayPal. Donation direct mail mortgage marketing fees depend on the type of charity and the donor's country. If you receive or send donations to charities registered with PayPal Giving Fund , you do not pay any fees unless there is a currency conversion.

If you receive or send donations to charities that are not registered with PayPal Giving Fund, you will be charged the same fees that apply to commercial transactions, both domestic and international.

Other PayPal costs
In addition to transaction fees, PayPal may apply other fees in some situations. For example, if your PayPal account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, you will be charged an inactivity fee of 12 euros or the equivalent in your local currency.
