The first step in Scrum is choosing the right Product Owner. However, the Product Owner isn't necessarily the most experienced developer. Rather, they're the employee who best understands customers and their needs. For example, the Product Owner could be an internal user of the product, a member of support, sales, marketing, account management, or even a business analyst.

In short, the Product Owner is the link between the team and the stakeholders, so they must be chosen carefully.

Step 2: Create and refine your product backlog
The second step is to create your product backlog. Before you rcs data poland begin planning a Scrum sprint, you must first define all the elements that the finished product must include. To do this, the product owner must work closely with all key stakeholders to establish a good product backlog.

Refine desired features or elements and prioritize them based on your short- and long-term goals. It's not uncommon for stakeholders to identify must-have elements for the next iteration.

For example, you can use color codes to help your team focus on the right things.
