Traditional email segmentation relies on basic demographics or limited behavioral data. AI takes this to a much more sophisticated level:

Behavioral Segmentation: AI algorithms analyze vast amounts of behavioral data – website visits, pages viewed, time spent on site, past purchases, abandoned carts, email opens, clicks, and even scroll depth. This allows for dynamic segmentation based on actual user interactions. For instance, AI can identify users who consistently click on certain product categories or those who tend to engage with promotional offers.

AI moves personalization beyond just inserting a name. It allows for truly dynamic and individualized email experiences:
