For any outbound marketing call, the individual must have given their clear, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent.
Consent cannot be implied or assumed. It must be an affirmative action (e.g., ticking an unticked box on a form, clearly stating "yes" during a recorded inbound call).
The consent must specify that they agree to receive marketing calls from your specific company.
The purpose of the call must be clear at the point of consent (e.g., "to receive turkey phone number list information about products/services").
IYS (İleti Yönetim Sistemi - Message Management System):
Mandatory Registration: Your company must be registered with IYS to send any commercial electronic messages, including those initiated by a call center.
Consent Upload: All consents obtained for telemarketing calls must be uploaded to the IYS system within three business days of acquisition to be legally valid.
Opt-Out Management: Call centers must meticulously track and process all opt-out requests. If a recipient states they do not wish to be called again, their consent status must be updated in IYS within three business days. Failure to do so and subsequent calls can result in significant fines.
