In this HR Forum, we want to pay special attention to the study recently conducted by the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (EUROFOUND) on work quality buy phone number list and performance.

This work is being carried out with great success by the Department of Economics and Business Management at the University of Zaragoza's Higher Polytechnic Center. An example of this is the study entitled "HR Flexibility and Innovation: Competitiveness in the Automotive Industry." Through its findings, we will be able to understand, from a more concrete perspective, the interrelationship between job quality and performance and how both play a significant role in a company's competitive growth.
