8. WhatsApp
WhatsApp should of course not be missing from this list. Earlier this year, WhatsApp Business was rolled out for Android users. This allows you to create a business account, allowing you to have direct, personal and fast contact with customers. This step-by-step plan can help you on your way .

Normally WhatsApp does not change its user interface so quickly, but following the spread of fake news and the various abuses – including in India – the well-known chat app actually had to. That is why WhatsApp came up with a new feature .

More and more innovation methods are kuwait telegram data being added. Useful, but also confusing. Questions such as: 'When do you apply the Three Horizons Model?', 'What is the purpose of Lean Startup?', 'What is the difference between Agile and Scrum?' are common. After reading this article, you will understand the similarities and major differences between innovation methods. As a result, you will know what to use the methods for and when.

(How) does it connect? Searching for answers on the internet, I notice that my clients are not the only ones who have this question. Gartner, among others, puts Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile in perspective as successive cycles that work from problem to solution. The cycles fluctuate continuously between concrete and abstract.

In broad terms, this overview provides a foothold, but these are only three methods/schools. In addition, this model implies that there are hard boundaries, while Design Thinking in fact continues to play a role in the entire development process. That is why I zoom out to discover what connects the methods and what distinguishes them from each other. This way, you know exactly what each method adds and when you use it.

Three agreements, three reasons
1. External view
A clear similarity between the methods is that they encourage thinking 'outside' the organization.

External in …

…positioning with the Brand Key (How do we want the world to see us?).
…determine target group with the Value Proposition Canvas.
…validate using the Lean Startup.
…realize with (Agile) Scrum by justifying the business value in each sprint.
2. Content central from multiple perspectives
Expertise over hierarchy . This happens automatically because methods focus on the content of an idea. And as soon as a discussion is about content, it is not the hierarchical position that determines, but the expertise. Or better yet, the user.

The Google Design Sprint explicitly facilitates this to prevent the ideas of managers from being prioritized purely because of hierarchy. This confirms what everyone has known for a long time: the real knowledge is on the shop floor.

Hierarchy is also unnecessary in the Pirate Funnel. Everyone can submit ideas and everything is tested in the same way. The manager does not decide, the user does when it turns out that an experiment is successful.

Multiple lenses determine success . A good idea is personal. A good concept is a team effort. In order to arrive at good content, it is important that a multidisciplinary team thinks along, so that the idea is examined through different lenses. A good editorial idea that sales cannot do business with will never lead to structural success.

This is reflected in many methods: a Business Model Canvas contains all the elements to turn an idea into a successful business, which requires looking from all perspectives. Lean Startup can only validate the critical assumptions that are known. So formulating hypotheses from every angle reduces the chance of missing critical assumptions. Scrum and the Google Design Sprint also only work if there are multiple specialisms in the team.
