The practice of mindfulness for both teachers and students brings benefits that can be applied both inside and outside the classroom: increased learning capacity because it develops attention and a greater capacity for concentration, greater self-awareness, emotional regulation and balance, impulse control, empathy and compassion, creative thinking, better stress management, and therefore greater ability to deal with conflicts and adverse situations, satisfaction and healthier relationships both at home and at work or at school.
