Creating a register of toxic content is a way to do something with this gray area - with content that will not be banned in the near future."

It is reported that media, messengers and social networks will be able to connect to the registry through technological connectors and receive recommendations on its use.
As an additional self-regulatory measure, it is also proposed to sign a memorandum on counteracting toxic and prohibited content.
