The first step is to sign up to receive payments from Stone via WhatsApp. But don’t worry, because enabling this payment model is very simple. We’ll explain the step-by-step process for you to sign up directly on WhatsApp Business:

Go to WhatsApp Business and click on "..."
Then select the "Orders" button
Under "Add Payment Partner", select "Stone"
Enter your CPF or CNPJ and confirm your information
That's it! Now you can start receiving your sales directly through WhatsApp. It's worth remembering that you only need to do this integration once , without worrying about repeating the process every time you receive a payment through the app.

How to create your catalog
You can create a catalog with all your products or services within WhatsApp to facilitate your sales and professionalize your online business. To do this, follow these steps:

Go to "More Options > Settings > Business Tools > Catalog"
Click "Add Item" to add a product or service
Click on "Add images"
Access your Gallery or Camera to include images
Include product information (name, price, description, link, code)
Click "Save"

How to submit the first order

Click on "Submit Request"
