For a company, the full official name is reflected: the organizational and legal form - "Limited Liability Company" - and the name itself. You can choose any, even if a company with such a name already exists. But there are exceptions.

The following cannot be used in the name of the company:

Names that match someone else's registered trademark . The owner of such a trademark can sue a company with the same name. You can check for matches using the electronic services of Rospatent .
Names of foreign states, government agencies, public and international italy telegram mobile phone number list organizations. Words derived from them are also prohibited.
The words "Russia", "Russian Federation" and their derivatives - for example, the prefix "ros". Permission to use will have to be requested from the Ministry of Justice.
Words that contradict the principles of morality, ethics and humanity.
Foreign words. Transcription is acceptable: for example, you can't call a company Rose, but you can call it "Rose".
