A fairly recent development (Dec. 2022) in this regard is that yes® is merging with verimi, the ID wallet that was launched with well-known German companies as shareholders (including Allianz, Lufthansa, Deutsche Bank) and also fell short of usage expectations. This should lead to a broadly positioned German identity service provider. However, the success remains to be seen.
What happens next?
it can be assumed that the digital, synchronous procedures in particular will continue to gain in relevance. However, it is difficult to say whether the problems associated with video and selfie identification will lebanon consumer email list actually lead to a shift to other procedures such as eID. At the moment, it seems to me that they are surviving this "crisis" almost unscathed, at least in the area of insurance, and therefore they are likely to remain the most important methods of digital identity verification in the coming years.

Who am I? Identity Determination in Transition
Online identity verification: Three identification methods comparedFor one project, I decided to use the libgit2 library for the portable C# implementation. When adding the NuGet package in the current version 0.26.2 (from December 11, 2019), a problem occurred at runtime: the shared library could not be loaded.
In this blog post, you will learn more about this error. I will explain the steps you can take to resolve this issue and continue with your project.
I first create an MVP (minimum viable product) to replicate the problem and investigate it without any other project dependencies. Then I follow the process to troubleshoot and find a solution.
I run the whole thing on Majaro x64 with .Net 6 .
Replicate the error in the MVP
My observation was that every call to the library caused an error, so the problem was quite easy to replicate: I just had to include the NuGet package and call something from the library.
After reproducing the bug on my machine, I created a new repository and added a minimum of code needed to reproduce the bug. The repository was uploaded as sr.ht.
Unhandled exception. System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'LibGit2Sharp.Core.NativeMethods' threw an exception.
