Are you creative, or are you just working on autopilot? Are you actually taking advantage of opportunities, or are you just being compared? If so, what could you have done differently to win those opportunities?
Have your professional abilities improved?
Have you improved your sales, organizational, technical, or industry skills? How many books or seminars have you read or attended in the past year? Write out a plan for this year in which you will personally do something each quarter to improve your professional skills.
Who have you added to your network?
