This is an old technique that works best. Let's say, a customer buys online ... after they're done, make sure you take them to a ' thank you page '. On the 'thank you page', write a thank you note for making a purchase from you like,

“ Thank you for making a purchase, hope to see you again in the future! “

Just by saying thank you, customers will feel appreciated. They will remember you, and want to buy from you again. Sounds easy, right? But how many people can do it?

#2: Lack of Product Information
