1. Desert Island Dynamics

Post by zihadhasan012 »

This is a simple and very common exercise among human resources sectors. In this dynamic, it is necessary to apply a short questionnaire to the participants, asking them to answer 3 simple questions:

Suppose you are stranded on a desert island, which companion would you like to be with?
Assuming you won a trip with 3 companions, who from the group would you choose?
Assuming you need to organize an event, which colleague would you choose to share this task with?
It is important to guide employees so that the answers do not only contain the names of colleagues, but also a justification. Each person will fill out their card without identifying themselves.

Once completed, the questionnaires must be placed in an envelope. The coordinator of the dynamic will ask everyone to sit in a circle and present their justifications for the choices, without mentioning the names of the chosen colleagues.

The key words presented in these justifications pakistan phone data will be written down in a table and will become important values of companionship, being the characteristics necessary to develop and improve through teamwork.

2. Challenge dynamics
As its name indicates, this dynamic is capable of presenting to the group of employees the importance of facing new challenges and motivating them to seek these opportunities , seeking to improve themselves daily.

Compared to the previous one, this group dynamic requires a little more preparation to be carried out. It is necessary to have a black or dark box, which is not transparent, because the content must be kept secret.

Inside that box are the rules of the game. These rules are nothing more than the challenges that employees must complete.

The next step is to divide your team into 2 groups with the same number of collaborators. Organize these people to form a single circle, alternating the participants from these groups.

With the circle formed, and making sure that participants from the same team do not stand next to each other, it is time to hand the black box to one of the collaborators at random.

Put on a song to play and, during the song, instruct the collaborators to pass the box to the colleague next to them. When the song stops, it is time for the participant holding the box to choose one of the following possibilities:

meet the challenge that has been presented;
appoint a colleague to face this challenge;
pass the box forward.
What to consider then? The person who chooses to take the challenge earns 3 points for their team. When the challenge is not fulfilled, the participant is excluded from the game and the group is penalized, losing 4 points.

With each new round, new challenges appear, and each group has the right to refuse 3 challenges. The fourth time, whoever picks up the box has the obligation to accept the challenge.

In the last challenge, it is interesting to insert a small gift, such as a box of chocolates. The person who remains in the last round can decide whether to share the gift only with his team or with the whole group.
