When presenting your products and services, use specific numbers rather than vague expressions. For example, instead of “we offer huge discounts,” it’s better to say “our clients receive a benefit of 5,000 rubles.” If you’re talking about a certain period of the company’s work, it’s recommended to write “since 2015,” rather than “over the past four years.”

Inspiring phrases

Phrases such as "this product is reliable and versatile", "this is the perfect model for you" form a positive perception of reality in the client and set them up for a purchase. Every professional seller has several such expressions in their arsenal.

Metaphors

The technique is simple, but at the same time it is capable of having a very strong emotional impact on the consumer.
