Sales – the actual selling

Post by Mitu100@ »

The most important things for you are the BGB (German Civil Code - especially if you don't have your own general terms and conditions ), the UWG (Act against Unfair Competition), the UrhG (Copyright Act), the TTDSG (Teledata Protection Act) and the infamous GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which by the way is not a law but a regulation.

I'm going to make an ghana telegram screening assumption about you, dear reader: You love what you do, you want to advise, coach, be a trainer, or create your products or your art - but selling? Ugh!

At least that’s how I felt for a long time and I know that many of my members and 1:1 customers feel the same way.

But without knowledge of customer types, sales arguments, sales funnels and customer journeys and the many ways to sell online, it's not possible. The idea that you just post or blog a little, make a video or record a podcast episode and then the customers will come by themselves is a nice one, but unfortunately also a very romantic one.

Marketing, which many still equate solely with "advertising", includes not only advertising (promotion), but also products, prices and the fourth P "place" - i.e. sales.
