Retargeting Example: Recently Viewed Articles
All visitors who have viewed products but have not added them to their shopping cart will receive a mailing with the affected products the following day. To increase the likelihood of a purchase, shipping is offered free of charge.
After 3 days, a check is made to see whether the recipient has bought anything in the meantime. If they have bought something, the campaign ends automatically. If the recipient has not bought anything, they will receive another mailing with a €5 voucher for their next purchase. The campaign then ends.
