What inspires me at the moment

Post by jrineakter »

o how do you avoid all this? Here are three tips that I have implemented that really work well for me. As I said, I have been doing it every day for four years. I have no intention of stopping because it is a moment of pleasure for me and I feel that it helps me a lot.

First thing: keep it simple. This is related to the mistakes I mentioned earlier. Keep it simple, don't put any constraints on the format. If you want to write something short, write something short. If you want to write something long, write something long. The idea is to keep it simple. Don't categorize, don't try to classify your articles in boxes, you just write.

I chose to write about It could be a problem I have, it could be thinking on paper, it could be a particular event that happened to me that I would like to keep track of, it could be a reading note, a quote, a project, something I would like to do, something I would like to stop doing. It's very varied in the end. The idea is really to have no constraints, to do it while having fun and writing something just because it is useful. I'll show you later, since I'll read you a few articles from my journal, what it consists of and what it ultimately represents.

Second tip: build a habit. Try to write every day at the same time after the same trigger. Personally, I have had different phases. At one time, I wrote in the morning; now, I write more indonesia whatsapp number data in the early afternoon, but I always have a trigger. Before, it was the trampoline, because I get up in the morning, I jump for 15 minutes on my trampoline. That was my trigger. Right after, I wrote in the journal. Today, I have changed all that a little, but I write right after a sports session that I do in the early afternoon. The idea is to always do it at the same time after the same trigger.

If you make it a ritual, a pleasant thing that you always do at the same time, I like to do it with my coffee and with music on my ears, classical music, it will be an appointment that you will not miss, it will be a real habit that you will follow for pleasure because it is easy to do. It will be automatic like a part, a part of your identity.

Third tip: review what you have written. If you don't do it, it's useless. It's like writing lines, filling notebooks and storing them. It's useless, it doesn't bring you anything at all. My personal rule is every Friday, I reread all the entries of the week plus a few random entries from previous weeks, months, years. I try to go back to things I've written. Once a month, I do it more intensely, where I read randomly but a little longer, I take a little more time. And every year, I take more time and I try to reread almost all of my journals. Now, it's getting difficult since I did it from 2017 to 2022.
