Kyodo has agreed to invest 85% in the Nordot concept and Yahoo Japan has agreed to invest 15%. The company currently has about ten employees across Japan, the US and Malaysia . In a rare setup for a Japanese startup, Nordot has no office and, apart from occasional meetings, all work is done online.
