In order to use this fundraising resource, candidates must have already registered their candidacy. If this is not done, the amount raised must be returned to the donors.
Campaign crowdfunding platforms must also continue to comply with certain obligations according to the Superior Electoral Court website:
Prior registration with the Electoral Court by the collecting institution, observing compliance with the terms of the law and regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil;
Mandatory identification, with the full name and registration number in the individual taxpayer registry (CPF) of each donor, the value of the amounts donated individually, payment method and the dates of the respective donations;
Provision on a website of a list identifying donors and the romania mobile database respective amounts donated, to be updated instantly with each new donation, whose electronic address, as well as the identification of the collecting institution, must be informed to the Electoral Court, in the manner established by it;
Mandatory issuance of a receipt to the donor, relating to each donation made, under the responsibility of the collecting entity;
Immediate sending to the Electoral Court, in the manner established by it, and to the candidate of all information relating to the donation;
Broad awareness to candidates and voters about the administrative fees to be charged for providing the service;
Non-incidence in any of the prohibition hypotheses listed in art. 33 of TSE Resolution No. 23,553;
Compliance with the Electoral Calendar for raising funds, especially with regard to the requirements set out in Article 3 of TSE Resolution No. 23,553;
Compliance with the provisions of electoral legislation related to internet advertising.
