An internal campaign was launched to enthuse colleagues. Mirck explains that this was done in 3 steps: discover, follow and share .

“With ‘discover’ we encourage people to take a look at the stories on the corporate website, so that people know that the stories of other colleagues can be found here. With ‘follow’ we ask people to follow the corporate channels, such as the LinkedIn company page and Twitter. And with ‘share’ we call on colleagues to share their own stories and those of their colleagues.”

The successful campaign has now been followed up. In this, an extensive, tightly designed b2b email list 'corporate presentation' serves as a tool for colleagues. They can use this series of slides full of current facts and figures about the company as input for their own presentations (within the company or outside) about their specific activities.

Trainings & enthusiasm
Under the heading 'Ambassadorship on LinkedIn', Van der Aa and Mirck also provide training to teach employees how to get their story across. They receive tips on useful tools they can use and how they can make social media work best for them. The participants also learn how to become stronger textually, so that they can make the content a bit more personal.
