r, I had the opportunity to try many things, but this time I wanted to combine my passion for graphics with a new challenge – writing. Talent Days seemed like the perfect opportunity to find a place where I could develop in several directions.

Pola: I found information about Talent Days completely by accident, browsing the internet. I couldn't make it the first time, but I signed up for the second time - the atmosphere of the event was very positive. It was a great place to meet different companies and talk to people from the industry.
Talent Days: Why do you think job fairs are a better way to find a job than traditional online applications?
Pola: A job fair is a bit like a window into the world of work. You can see right away if the company culture and the employer's expectations match you. It's a much more personal experience than sending out hundreds of CVs and just waiting for a response.
Talent Days: Do you have any advice for people planning to attend similar events?
Pola: The most important thing is to be yourself and have an open mind. Don't be afraid to ask questions and strike up a conversation. Remember that this is also a chance for employers to get to know you, so it's worth standing out - approach, talk, ask about available job offers, or grab a contact and cool gadgets.
